dang...that looks alot like your car...i kept seeing 6gs around town start modding after a while too...but no one ever was obsessive enough to copy me...and since i have an oem paint job it wouldn't be a big deal...i would try talking with him and see what kinda guy he is...never know he could be a nice dude that truly looks up to you
