I was thinking about the thread that guy made when he did his retrofit and he created his own switchback module.

Didn't know there was to buy. But yeah, that's pretty pricey!

Looks nice.

Be careful, my friend had 55 watt ballasts paired with the minis sitting that close to the lens and it melted the lens.

I've also heard about 55 watt kits being a big no-no for projectors.

Just need to fix the rotations of both sides and you're good to go. :thumbup:

What kind of LED strips did you use? I'm thinking of putting some in when I go back and redo my retro with quads. Do you have any pictures of them mounted before you put everything back together?

Matt at TRS warns against using 55W ballasts in the MH1/DS2 projectors in this thread.
