okay so what are older cars with obd1 doing to pass emissions?

sry im a noob to emissions.. WA has never required me to do it

cars that came with OBD1 don't have as strict of rules i believe. That or they pay a lil extra.
...I think. haha

Lucky you.

Stupid cali always requires a CARB legal sticker on all headers/intake for it to pass emission/smog. Basically paying $150 for the sticker and $50 for the product lol.

Still trying to find a used Carb legal DC header for accord.

obd1 cars still have the same mechanical standard, but as long as brakes, tires and frame is good, it passes. check engine light can be on and it'll still pass. doesnt cost any extra, its still the yearly $21. NY sucks btw. lol. im sure cali sucks more tho. so it's looking like EMS is the way to go. unless im able to find an install guide for a k24 lol. because far as ive searched, nobody's put a k into a 6th gen
