Key stuck in ignition sometimes

I recently had my tranny removed and put back in to replace main rear engine seal and tranny front seal...

After i got it back, about once out of 10 times the key would be stuck in the ignition due to the tranny not going completely to P...wiggling it around doesn't seem to help, and I have to turn the car back on, drive forward an inch, then park it again...

Can anyone tell me why this happens randomly, and not always?

I know it's not the end of the world, but its very annoying when it happens...

Any help?

lol, VonDubz, while true, that's terrible advice =p

HondaLuver, is this something I can fix at home? Or do I have to take it in again...

sometimes in my old civic and in my car it depended on the steering wheel's position. try moving it after your parked when the problem exists....

other than that...*shrug*
