Okay, they say they have a + and - wire. Which means you'll have to tap them onto an existing + and - wire to receive power from.

You can do this from your gauge cluster for interior. Also for headlights tap them onto your 9006 harness.

Tapping means splicing wires, connecting + and - to black and red(+ and -) Don't test your lights before applying electrical tape on exposed wires. this will cause a short and you'll blow fuses.

well i only want them on with the corner lights. Do i tap them onto the bottom of the headlight where the amber strip is?

if u want them when u turn the corner lights on then when u take off the fender on each side the harness is gonna show 3 wires... tap into the red and black wire... not the green... if u do with the green, its gonna blink everytime u put ur signal on... unless thats what u want

Just splice them to your running lights.
black on black (or chassis), power on power.
