You sure it's not a gasket problem, I have the same DC SS header and I have no problems.

You only got the Megan header 'cause that's the one I have. Copycat. Yeah, mine doesn't make that "hissing" sound. Who's installing it and how much?

that is a strange sound. oh well, hope the megan works out well for ya. my muffler just came today, im gonna try to get it installed asap with the custom piping. then yea, other stuff later on, haha.

Yeah, the one on the car is the DCS header.
I've heard a couple of other people who've hade the same problem.

Well I hate to break this to you but that header on your car isn't a DC at all, there's no badge welded onto it signifying that it is a DC. The badge should be welded onto the cylinder #2 runner. That header on your car looks more like the one Vibrant makes.

As for those "problems" you listed.

#1 - was a fluke
#2 - was a 02 sensor problem, nothing to do w/ header
#3 - was a J30 - DC doesn't make a header for them
#4 - Guy is an idiot
#5 - Another idiot

Not trying to be a dick or discourage anyone from buying the header, just giving some much needed info to clear some things up.
