Well I hate to break this to you but that header on your car isn't a DC at all, there's no badge welded onto it signifying that it is a DC. The badge should be welded onto the cylinder #2 runner. That header on your car looks more like the one Vibrant makes.

As for those "problems" you listed.

#1 - was a fluke
#2 - was a 02 sensor problem, nothing to do w/ header
#3 - was a J30 - DC doesn't make a header for them
#4 - Guy is an idiot
#5 - Another idiot

Not trying to be a dick or discourage anyone from buying the header, just giving some much needed info to clear some things up.

Oh... So what does blacknight say about this?

Honestly, I have no comment.
According to the Company and the Box it came packaged in.
It was a DC Sport Header. When me and Cdubb had it installed, we tossed out the paperwork, thinking we would never need it.
Oh well, I'll chalk it up as a loss and install the Megan header

Hahaha, well some of us are close enough to Summit Racing to go up and get ripped off on all their cheap ****.. so I usually only go up there. How much did you pay for the header?

be like it is
it sounds like a blown weld or a hole in a weld somewhere. my buddy got a muffler put on his car a few years back and it sounded like that. turns out a hole had formed in the weld, letting air escape. then again, this is from my experience with a muffler and just my two pennies.
