Lip on rims

hello everyone im new here and i wanted to redo my rims and wanted to put a silver lip on them, does anyone know how i should do this?

Tape off the edge, and lay down a coat of duplicolor primer, then 2 or 3 coats of chrome wheel paint, then a coat or two of clear coat

they are black rite now but im gonna paint them black again and wanted to do the lip

thats what i thought but im not that good at taping and dont want it to look uneven

What it would cost to get your rims refinished correctly, you can save up a bit more and get some rims that aren't so heinous
