Being new to the south I'm not used to seeing lizards in their natural habitat. Kind of freaked me out when I saw this on my patio this morning. Then I thought about trying to catch it but I didn't have anything to put it in. Anyone what type of lizard this is? Based off of what I found online it looks like a gecko. Anyway just thought I share and see if anyone had any info on them.

florida has a couple different species of geckos, most common is the house gecko and based off the color and size it most likely is, their good for the house so keep around, they will eat all the unnessasary insects
