loose endlinks bolts (stripped)

Well I actually had to cut the old end links out them things wouldn't come out no matter what we did so these are new ones and the bolts go on/come off MUCH easier..I was putting it on in the picture..Honda calls for 27ft-lbs on them but..how in the hell?..The only way i see that happening is if you have a trick torque wrench that is open ended so you'd be able to stick an allen wrench through it..I just got them snug as I possibly could without stripping anything out.

I asked one Honda tech if they had any special tools for situations like that and he said keep it on the low ..but really most of the time we don't torque much of anything down unless it's a major mechanical part..I was like wow..scratch this dealer off the list.
