Lower control arm bushing replacement

Hi to everyone I need help every time I hit a bump the front passenger side rattles as if the spring moved or something and I believe it is the lower control arm bushing and I am going to replace it but before I do I want to know if that is really the problem or could it be something else. Also if it is that is it a quick diy thing or should I take it to a shop to do it
