Picked up a bottle from autozone.... put it in last week, and seems ok so far... anyone else tried this? or should i pump it out ASAP?

Lucas always makes good stuff... a little on the pricey side but well worth it when you use it...

If your talking about the one specific to Honda's that autozone sells ive been using it and its fine.

it says "Also safe for Hondas"...... didn't say it was specifically for a honda

My understanding is that the pump will squeal loudly if non Honda specific fluid is used.

tht's what i've heard too, but i figured lucas can't be tht bad.... or can it? :skurred:

I probably have <10% OEM fluid in the whole system. I flushed it out a while back and never have had any problems. Granted the fluid I picked up said "for use in Honda vehicles".

lucas has good products, but im more curious about Royal Purple, any opinion on there products? i know my dad used it in his truck and our old Jetta and we saw pretty decent improvement on mileage
