I have stock prelude wheels on my accord with OEM lug nuts and I'm trying to buy some aftermarket lugs to give my wheels more of a style.

Are there certain sizes you have to purchase or anything I should know before buying aftermarket ones?

I was looking at these btw

Will they fit?

(Its kinda of a dumb question, but I haven't bought any Lugs before and I see some Aftermarket wheels require Tuner lugs so I thought I'd ask)

They will not fit right. You can't use acorn tuner lug nuts on oem wheels that are made specific for open wheel lugs. If you want different color wheels run a tuner wheel that takes acorn tuner lugs like those.

Oem have a ball/ radius seat.

Some people have different opinions, but that's my take.

I just found some red ones for OEM wheels which are very rare. Id jump on it. I just bought at set woohoo.

You need 12x1.5 lug nuts. For oem wheels you need to get ball seat style lugnuts. For most aftermarket wheels you need to get acorn seat style lugnuts.

Id opt for steel lugnuts vs aluminium as you'll probably strip the aluminium ones if you dont always use a torque wrench.

Use ball seat lugs on OEM wheels, cone/acorn seat lugs on aftermarket wheels.

Glad I didn't buy any yet and asked first. Thanks guys,I'm gonna go with the safe route and get the OEM colored ones in those ebay links. Its not that big of a deal,no need to force something to fit especially what holds my wheel in place lol

Recently been PMing about this and I thought I'd bump this just to reiterate the importance of proper lug nuts.
