m3 spoilers

for those who has an m3 spoiler, did u paint it? with it being rubber and all, bending it after getting it painted would damage the paintjob right? and how much to paint?

For such a small spoiler I'd say between $50-$100. Depending on paint, prep and the shops hourly rate.

i have a cf one...and as far as painting...there are some on ebay for like 50 bucks painted....but dont kno of anybody that has bought it

i wasn't planning on painting it either, but when i received it, it looked real cheap looking at the edges where it was cut...being rubber and all.

not sure about how much to get the spoiler painted, but i went to some auto body shop and they told me $100 to get my eyelids painted!!!!!!!!!!!!!! thats expensive as hell. I think my friend got his a-spec rsx spoiler painted for $100 in san diego, CA. I need to call around more; Just call a bunch of different shops and ask them for an estimate to paint it. I think the price also depends on your paint.

i would get a cf m3 spoiler but i got no other cf part on the car so i don't think it will match. o well, i'll just hope it's under 100. :thumbsup:
