So last night I was driving home from White Flint Mall in Rockville last night and when I get on 495 to go home a 
Legend flies by me. All of a sudden a cop car is chasin the Legend. Because of the waves in the road the Legend spins out and crashes on the shoulder barricade. To make matters worse I slow down and the cops close the lanes and im in the front line of where the Legend was hit. Next you know im being forced out my car and placed on the wall along with 5 other modded cars 
. The police then say that we all were racing on the beltway and that our cars would be impounded. After they told us that we were patted down and our cars were searched by K-9 crews. As for the Legend may it R.I.P. The driver in the Legend was sent to jail for running from the cops and he now has a $100,000 bail 
. After that I was given 3 tickets worth $900 bucks :
90- Speeding
290- Racing on the Freeway
510- Reckless Driveing
Now I was not speeding nor racing anyone I was simply trying to go home, but the Cops didnt care. They gave us tickets cause we were in the front and near the scene of the accident w/ modded vehicles. Seeing as though pleading my case wouldn't change their minds im going to take these to court cause there is no evidence of me speeding or racing anyone on 495. But just in case, my engine build (a secret) will be put on hold and im gonna save the money just in case the judge doesnt see it my way. Pray for me that the tickets get dropped and pray I still have a home cause my pops was pissed
