LOL...that sux man. Customer service is mess up.
Look something like that happened to me a while ago at a Honda Dealership too.
I needed to replace my passenger side mirror (no the whole part just the mirror) and I called asking for the part cuz the dealership is not close to me. The guy said, OK we have one in stock--- I said, good can you save it for me????, he was like yeah...
I proceed to the place and once I got the I realize it was the driver side the one he gave me...Damn I when back and told him and he was like, You told me the driver side!!!!! ok I'm pissed, I drove 10 miles... He said ok I order one for you but its gonna be for tomorrow...I'm like OK....
I called him the next day He said the part was not there...OK
10 min later he called me back saying that the part was already there....I once again proceed to the place.....Guess what?????
This time the one he gave me was a Mexican Model 01-02 Accord??@?@"@
I'm so pissed off I started arguing with the guy...he left...........he came back saying I told him wrong twice....I'm like WTF....is wrong with you...
Now another part guy came over and say...ok I'll help you (BTW he was the one that found that the part was for a mexican model ).
2nd guy...He ordered for next day so I went the next day and he finally got my damn mirror...
So Miami Customer Service SUCKS...............................thats my opinion.
