Megan racing short shifter?

any one heard of or used this? if so is it just the adapter or the whole shifter.

Try it out. it's only 25 bucks. Looks like youd have to disassemble your stock shift and swap out the actual shifter rods. I know the B&M short shifters for RSX's are like this.
