why not just take them out and leav them out? then reupholster the roof.

Cause that's what holds up the main sides of your headliner. Without those, it isn't secure enough.

did you paint the bottom part of your door panels? my roommate took a trim class at school so he's going to do some interior work on my car with black suede

did you use m3 adhesive tape and just tape the suede to the existing fabric that was on the door panel? does the door panel come apart or how did you make it fit in the creases? Im lost but I'd like to reupholster my door panels... the old owners created tons of burn holes in them and I'd like to fix them if I could! :D

lol tape? naw it's a spray you use, and the door panels are still kinda ****ed up, i still have to fix the edges

I hate to say it this late but you may have fading issues. I did mine with off the shelf suede from Jo Anns and it turned brown over time. My car is not tinted though.

Its called adhesive spray. u can find it at fabric stores or hobby lobby. i did it in my old mustang since my roof liner was falling down and i hate o sheesh handles they have no use unless ur a grandma.
