If you were local to the Detroit area I have someone that would represent you but youre on the Westside and I bet it will cost alot for the lawyer to come to you.

It's not a big deal. It will cost more to pay for lawyer fees than it will the small hit you might receive from the ticket. How could you even get it dropped? You've had two hearings, you were found guilty of going 16mph over. I just wouldn't worry about it and move on. No one is gonna keep a flawless driving record if they have any amount of fun in their cars anyways.
