Anywhere I don't have to cross a toll IE bay bridge or NJ Toll. So chesapeake tunnel Maybe the DC area is fine. DC isnt slammed friendly though

Making a map seems like too much trouble lol we head down route 7 out of Winchester hit blueridge mountain rd over to rt 50 which goes through my hometown of middleburg. Then take snickersville turnpike to lime kiln rd out to rt 15 which takes us into leesburg. There's a Buffalo Wild Wings there or we could make the extra 15-20 min drive east to the hooters off of 28. Which would put us pretty close to 66 since I know that's usually what everyone takes to get home.
