Ask away. Just re-pinned the EDM bulbs into the US socket.

Link to where you bought those! I love them. And they work correctly? Off when you turn on your lights I'm assuming.

I had to repin the EDM bulbs/sockets to the usdm setup but it wasn't hard at all.

But yeah they work as they should.

Dude those look AMAZING on your car! Love em, well done.

Are the wires on the EDM tails the same colors so you could just match them with the USDM ones? Or did you have to find a guide somewhere…

Derek, yes, ebay UK. I dont recall if there were more or not.

Chris, yes they were. I just disconnected the whole light assembly from the car. Compared the US sockets to the UK sockets and the colors matched. So I just unplugged and replaced. The thing I like, and probably anyone who's done the turn signal trick will as well, is that these lights eliminate that. Remember how we have to splice a red wire and put the tape on the bulb? This just had one red wire for the turn signal. You have to see it to know what I mean but I think you do.

I can get pics of them wired up and plugged in if anyone wants.

On another front, did the EGR cleaning and the "seafoam", and filled up with 91. Did that Wednesday. Saturday afternoon, I hopped on the highway and about 200miles into my 250 mile trip, I got another TCS/CEL. Checked in when I got into town; the EGR code again, but this time it was paired up with a Multiple Cylinder Misfire Code as well. Cleared them and then filled up with 87oct. I'm hoping its just excess carbon build-up and the 91oct burping through. We'll see as time goes on.

In the meantime, anything other than regular maintenance is probably going to come to a complete halt. Im trying to move and come up with money for doing so and Im gonna have to find a new job and all that. So I have to save where I can, unfortunately, my car is one place Im spending excess cash. It'll only be for a few months though. Ive got a few meets to attend and hopefully by July/August-ish I'll have everything figured out and settled and can get back to whatever Im doing with it, lol.

Gotta get those priorities straight, Mike, so can't blame you for that.

Hopefully nothing major for you until you get settled in to the new place/location.

How are the job prospects for you where you will be?

IDK. Lol. I know it's not funny. The place where my gf works is one of those "guaranteed to hire you" kind of places but it's phone work and Im not a very friendly people-person. Especially when it comes to answering the same questions over and over, day-in and day-out. Pays well though.

Otherwise, Im going to be looking online. Ive been in the automotive field for almost 4 years so Im hoping that'll help account for something. I also know people down there who do warehouse/light industrial and they make a good deal of money, so that's always an option as well.

There are oppurtunities. I just need to find time and make an effort to look at them and pick one.

I know what you mean, that’s cool it’s wired up differently. Btw I didn’t have to splice a wire or anything, I just covered one of the leads with tape and done.

No need to post the wiring diagram, I won’t be doing this. I love EDM tails, but wouldn’t put them on my car since it’s red. That orange would clash. They look great on black, white, dark green, or dark blue cars though.

Hope there are no more CEL’s for ya.

Lastly, add these photos to your first post! :)
