I agree... I would say were the same height in the back, not in the front though haha. I think the first pic is tricking the eye with the different sized wheels, your Accord is still pretty low though (for MN roads).

Mine's 1/2 finger in back and like 5 fingers in front

My brother's A4 is a bit lower

It's basically a snow plow after a hard snow, haha.

I think he's got 1 3/4" or 2" at the lowest point.
