Molding a lip?

I can't say how it came out because I sold that bumper. The guy who bought it barely drives that car.

I think molding a lip looks awesome. Just try reduce flexing and your good. That glaze flexes. Ask as many questions you can at the paint shop on their opinions.

Doesn't hurt to try. You learn something out of it for yourself.

I got rid of the bondo. There were too many holes to be filled in. It was so annoying. I dont know how the fiberglass is going to work filling in the big gaps.


Thanks guys for your input. As of right now I have no idea which way I want to go. But whatever way I do go I will let you guys know. (;

where there is a gap=Sand the bumper*if not already for the bondo to stick* and play some resin down with a paint brush,then lay fiberglass cloth into it,then add more resin in needed areas.also more cloth.it will harden,then can grind smooth'ISH,THEN fill that with bondo and sand smooth.

yeah i wouldn't mold a lip on a beautifully dumped car but thats just me

^ Word. It's a pita fixing it if it gets damaged.. Plus my mugen lip that was molded just broke off from a tire on the road.. -_- Picked up a ww front.
