You have to trim the bulb itself in order for it to fit right. I used a drum sander on a dremel for it. Took like 20 seconds a bulb. As for the tight fit, it is a bit tight but it works fine, you just need to trim a little for shroud fitment.it is a tight fit. projector almost touches the lense and the bottom blackhousing
couldnt get the bulb to sit correctly with the supplied bulb holder the bulb sat a little out of place so i rigged it. (couldnt thread anymore)
Fitment of the projector lens to the oem lens itself is tight. As for the shroud it will fit fine. Either way pulling up to a TSX with these put them to shame. I wouldn't change my decision if I had to do it again.From the looks of it, this is a tough fit for our headlights due to the fact that we're not cutting anything so the projector pops out way too much. And if you add a shroud on, it seems like a super tight fit. I think I'm just going to do a TSX retrofit this summer instead of this.
