I did alittle over 135. This was in my talon on 101 on the central coast of cali. It still had alot of pull too. It felt like my accord at about 40. I'm convinced those cars could do atleast 160 stock. Maybe more. I know they run out of gear around 175 though.
Anyway, I got scared around there and backed off. Things are just so fast at that speed. I also ran into some traffic at that point. I was lucky i did. I got back down to about 75 and i see two cops on the road. They both flipped there lights on. Neither could get out though because of traffic. Needless to say, i was very scared for about 45 min. I'm 80% sure they clocked me at some high speed, probably not 135.
I got up to 120 in my 91 accord. It was a way different experience. My talon was pulling pretty hard where my 91 was just barely getting though each mph.
