Boost hands down. If done right, boosting is very reliable. My accord has been running boost since 2006 and still spins tires :D

what exactly do you want the shop to do??

are you looking for a shop to just tune the car or are you looking for a shop to do the swap

Well after all the advice i think ima go with the N/A H22, i need a shop that with build it, send it out for port and polish all that good stuff

RCT in college point. check them out. i trust them with my wrx and i would definitely trus them to do an engine swap...just call or give them a visit and ask them how much. speak to Ryan and he'll help you and give you advice or suggestions you never thought of.

U got a number and a address for them?

You can find a turbo setup to be cheaper than an all out swap and n/a build. Though an n/a build may give more torque and mpgs...depending on your turbo tune ofcourse lol. Its a horse a piece!!!

h22 is the way to go imho. if you get into an accident or want to sell the accord you can swap back in the f23 and sell the h22.

for a dd on a budget i'd go with a N/A build, turbo's are expensive and if you don't do it right with good parts and a good tune it can get even more expensive

if he does an NA build he'll probably go high compression which means that he'd have to make a bit of an investment to undo-that and go low compression
