After watching the video, it appears your compressor only kicked on for a few seconds. Usually caused by not enough freon charge in the system and the internal safety switch shuts it down. The compressor appears to be engaging properly, not frozen, and did not make a lot of noise when engaged.

If you put guages on it you can check the pressure. I always just pay a reputable A/C servicing center to check mine. I need to invest in some guages!

I bought a gauge from autozone the other day and checked it. my freon level is fine.
it hasn't been acting up much lately, but it still does every once in a while.
