I have a Hifonics BXi 1606D Class D Mono Block Amp..
Power Specifications - Full Range Channels
RMS Power @ 4 ohms 550 watts x 1 channel
RMS Power @ 2 ohms 1100 watts x 1 channel
RMS Power @ 1 ohm 1600 watts x 1 channel

The Sub is a Rockford Fosgate T2 Dual 2 ohm 15" Subwoofer..
1200 watts rms
2400 watts peak power

How can I wire this sub so that i can get some good power without blowing it..

Blowing a sub is more related to the abuse it receives or from a dirty signal (distortion). The amount of power a sub makes is higher at a lower impedance but the amp won't have as much "control" of the cone. An RF T2 can handle some juice. I would wire it up at 1 ohm since it's the easiest way to wire it - all positives together and all negatives together. You could wire the sub in series and that will show the amp a 4 ohm load but this may not be loud enough for you.
