Can I use my vehicle civic sport springs I. which model would be appropriate? sorry for the spelling mistakes. I would be glad if you help.

You can use them, but your shocks will blow in 1 week. The rates are different, the accord is alot heavier. sell those springs and save up for ACCORD coilovers.
