Need to know if this wheel/tire package will fit...

I think I've found the perfect wheel for my car,

The package is from Victoriatire.com,

Tires - 215/45 17 - Is this a good size (stock height right now)

Wheels - Arceo Racing Euro 17x7.5 4x100/4x114.3 universal lugs

The arceo website says 40mm offset for their 17 inch wheels so I figure that is what these are.

Here is a picture of the Eurostar II , I think it is a revised version of the wheel I'm looking at.

Anyway, thanks for any help and need opinion on this style wheel, it kind of reminds me of the Racing Hart C2 I think that's what thinking of as in a similar style wheel to the racing hart.

The Arceo Racing Euro model I want though is in Gunmetal.

of course they'll fit - they're skinny with a high offset. tires seem fine but a 225/45 is better. use this next time

Anyway, you could probably find a better looking wheel for cheaper.

lowered is a must before rims

Absolutely. Your car is going to look lifted if you put these wheels on with no drop.
