Picked up the 2nd batch today, starting a 2.5 hour/day commute tomorrow but will have them all out by the end of the weekend at the latest

if shipped tomorrow, the latest you should get it would be wed

and why would you get a free decal? the guy doesn't do decals anymore. talk to darksideaccord
