I'm pretty sure your bulb is out...I have the same problem my light was never on since I got the car. Not a big deal. To fix you need to take cluster completely apart and just an advice if u gonna do all that get some led lights for illumination, will look nice. I personally never fixed it as long as the gauge works I hate yellow or red lights on my dash

Thanks Igor, led lights are welcome in my cluster, but I'll install with the clock, HVAC, and the moonroof/cruise buttons (dome and reading lights alredy are).

Oh, and you know which lamp goes on the sun visor?

If you search forum there is a member that has all bulbs labeled and he also got LED replacements including sun visors, they easy to replace but harder to find. I believe this is the link

Thank you, Igor!

I've added this to mine to mod list (b/c this MT swap will blow my budget)
The list is:
1-Finish MT swap;
2-HID projector retrofit;
3- interior LEDs everywhere.

This weekend I'll check the low fuel light jumping the fuel tank electric connector.
