Welcome! A front lip is probably the easiest thing to install. If you can't do it then i suggest you don't touch the car at all. put it over the bumper, clamp it to hold it while you put in the screws on the ends where it connects to the wheel wells. Two screws on each side ought to do the trick. some double sided tape underneath the tab in the middle that goes over and into the lower valance.

Since you have an 02 sedan, you'll need to do some cutting. You'll see where it needs to be cut once you try to put it on.
