Unless the new car was a one off...I'd buy used and mod. I just can't drive a car that looks like anyone else's.

Used and mod...but do it right, not that there is a one right way because then it wouldn't be unique. It'd be like goth people saying they're non-conformists when they conform to wearing a lot of black clothing ...but I am changing a lot of the original stuff I've done like crap ebay projector headlights with multiple dying ballasts, crap kit front bumper, etc.
