You're joking right? MoneyPit tried working with BaysonR for months and he was so unprofessional it was disgusting. He wanted MoneyPit's custom lip for pennies, then said it wouldn't work out, only to steal his design.

Ahh that makes sense.
I wouldn't call it stealing his design though, they (and you) said it was based on their (imo, fugly) 98-00 OEM replica lip. Either way, it's a REPLICA lip so of course it's gonna look like something previously created LOL.

Well it's only a replica because they tried replicating Jake's design. There was no OEM lip for 01-02 so technically Jake's is the original. They just took their nasty lip as a base to cut corners.

I was reading the V6P thread and it sounds like the design was stolen from Moneypit?

lol i know. considering i'm one of like 3 people who have the thing, theres a high chance of pulling up that pic.

it was totally jacked though. but unfortunately it wouldn't hold up in court because they did have their own lip to use too, and his idea. its not like they made a mold of his then started producing and selling. besides it wasn't patented or legally his design. no paperwork, not his... it's a f*cked up world
