new year resolution v.2008

for 2008, my resolution is more money in teh bank

I didn't have one for 2007.

For 2008 I'm thinking:
Quit smoking(the hardest one - I frickin LOVE cigarettes)
Quit drinking during the week
Start working out again
Lose about 50 or 60 lbs

I started smoking reds on a regular basis when i was about 15 and smoked them till I was about 20 or so. I smoked unfiltered Camels off and on. Then I smoked milds, then 27's, then lights, now I'm all the way down to ultralights.

How has the "not smoking" thing been treating you?
I have a feeling I am going to be a total @ss for a while. I have been smoking a pack a day for about the last 7 years or so.

If you want your abs to show you need to do about 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week on top of working abs in the gym.
