it's a bich using the spring compressor for the first time when i did it... but removing the suspension and stuff weren't that hard imo. unless you're really really lazy =P i think you should try to spend some more time on it and install it yourself just for the fun in it. it's a good experience i guess.

only hard part was getting to the rear mounts but other then that easy

front wasn't a problem once I got the fork for the ball bearing joints but the rear was just breaking my balls

I did mine myself...piece of cake took me 7 1/2 hours....that was due to no help, and a couple of frozen bolts......
