well actually the 4100-4300 is actually a white hue as opposed to the 12000k is more purpleish hue. but when it comes to cops it all depends on discretion. and cops just love to hate.. so thats why my car looks more like a t.l. then a accord. except for the ""h"" symbols that give away the honda part thats the only pin the tail on the donkey for me... heheh well anyhow whats with the meetups???
