OEM lug nuts for wheels with hubcap

I want to use my hub caps again but Im missing a few of the nuts(with the black rubber washer) that keeps the hubcap from popping off. I need one per wheel? or all 4 per wheel?

I started digging around for them and I found the black rubber washer are missing from the nuts, think I can get them from Home Depot or some hardware stores? Thanks guys. Im tired of looking at my steelies thats why I want to put the hubs back on.

Try auto zone/pepboys, they sell oring kits for like 5 bucks, I think they should have them, you will probably look for one in 3/4" or 19mm

i found them online at autozone, but didn't find them as a set though ... you might be able to find them if actually go to the store ... i think you could probably get away with two per wheel
