Dre, I don't think anyone has booked other than Carrie from AcuraZine. lol.
There are some deals through one of the TAC members, I'm sure that will be discussed further in the coming weeks. As Derek has mentioned, check out Travelzoo.com / travelzoo.ca for random deals (weekly).
Idk what we're doing yet for a hotel, but there isn't a designated hotel yet. Maybe we could set somthing up where a bunch of us get a block of rooms at the same place... if anyone cares.

:roy:Cool guys I found a few hotels on Cliffton hill or Ferry St walking distance from everything with free parking for about $60-$70. I'll ask a few of my friend's and see if they want to make the trip. I'll keep my eyes posted I work for Marriott but only thing is I can't hook it up like that lol maybe a room for my self and another if that.

Yeah Dre I checked to see if the friends and family rate was available up there and the closest hotel was Toronto. I still have some friends that work there so I was going to try to get hooked up...

We do have a member on TAC whose parents own a couple of hotels in Niagara.
However. there are always deals for hotels around niagara falls.
on travelzoo there are always deals for
around 90CAD a night, which includes $40-$50 dinner voucher, free AYCE breakfast, free shuttle to and from attractions, and sometimes free entrance to some of the attractions

honestly. the best price and place to check for accomadation i find is Hotwire.com
so far i found in niagara falls canada,
2-star hotel (Comfort Inn, La Quinta, Days Inn) for $47/night
and prices goes up with the star rating
but if you are just planning to sleep at the hotel at night. there is really no point of all the other amenities
also, a few of us are thinking of camping overnight in the Niagara area, haven't found the exact pricing yet, but i dont see it being more than staying at a hotel.
i will try to keep you guys updated

Sent you an email, looks like the website attending list has been updated, I haven't checked to see if the Forum registration is working properly though, going to try and get in touch with G about that today and see what's up.
We have 41 attending and 54 on the running list.........
"Calling-Out" will commence shortly..........
As for the rooming, Carrie was the only hardcore that booked like last week!
If meals are a concern, then I would suggest the Travel Zoo deals, if not, then one of the other hotels, I will speak with Sagar(SAV) from TAC to find out about the rates at the Happiness Inn, which is our meeting point in Niagara Falls on Friday night, and I think the starting point before we head out for the Cruise on Saturday.
