will canada get mad if we bring food/drink in over the border? would the US? i mean mostly for taxation...like...buying a case or two of bottled water in the US and taking it over the border...or meat...etc
i'm also talkin adult beverages
i need my miller lite
would it be better just to buy groceries in canada? or give $US to those who already have $CAN and they can get stuff.

They will ask you if you are bringing over any alcohol/tobacco, they MIGHT check if you say no, keep that in mind.
As for groceries, that's not a big deal, the US $ is doing great right now, so you would get more for your money using US $ up here.
We are going to be picking up about 3 boxes of 4oz burgers as well as buns and pop for the BBQ, the burgers/pop will be sold for $3 for a burger/pop.
