Got a fresh siting for ya guys.
When: Yesterday, 11:38am
Where: Northbound on the Major Deegan, he pulled off at the 230th st exit
What was he driving: A red 98-00 sedan with rear tow hook, tints, chrome rims, and a pillar triple gauge pod.
Proof:
i think thats the same one i saw on fordham one day.

I spotted a burnt orange accord parked.... on 18's black hood and trunk.... looking clean....

Completely forgot to post a sighting from the other day
When: April 27, 12:41pm
Where: Turning onto 300 off of 207 in Newburgh.
What was he driving: A black coupe with black eyelids and cleared strips, windows were tinted, n he had something dangling from what I assume to be a rear tow hook. Might've had rims too but he passed pretty quick n couldn't see

i peeped a white accord slamd with 04 or 06 ex rims white eyelids and thats all i saw quickyly when i passed by.....you were parked in the bronx in 167 or something like that could of been 164th on one of the streets in between the concourse and jerome

Black sedan with black housing LED tail lights i believe. Front three letters of the plates 
were DUE...easy enough for me to remember. it was double parked near some police station in brooklyn. WHO WAS IT?? i drove by and slowed down hoping he saw my car and remembered me lol
