Thanks! And it was hard to get one without the tripod. Had to use the ground!! Lol. And yeah that u say something does remind me of E.T. too! Haha

question.. how did u get the clouds to pop out like that? also, how did u get the sunset to look like... a sunset? lol when i do it, it's usually all orange

post up one of your pictures so i can see what you're talking about. for the clouds you probably need to underexpose your sky some. also adjusting clarity in PS camera raw or using the level adjustment helps the clouds really pop. i'm not sure about your all orange sky though. you might just need to adjust your white balance. I used a 11mm wide lens for these pictures so that's why there's so much blue area but even when i've used a 35mm there's still some blue....
