Do you actually have and use your bike often that you need that roof rack to transport it around? Or is it just a cosmetic thing?

It's about to get warmer soon, and this was a great deal. ANd I just got a bike and never got to ride it.

The blue bandage isnt just a "cool" thing, it holds that side of my bumper up, cus my dad took an incline straight up and broke the tab on that side. so yeah...

Yep, came with the kit. All I did was adjust it a bit and it stuck.
