ya, ik when i buy the ballast it does come with OEM bulbs but this is what i saw. my GF has IS250 with HID, right, and it is OEM oh course it bright but it yellow color but when i saw another IS250 with 8000k bulb. the color just look much better man, white and nice as hell. oh well, doesn't matter the ebay bulbs is only $25 anyway, no harm done. i'll see the different. when i get my ballast and bulbs here tomorrow.

when you wire for GROUND. is it best to just connect to the negative side of the battery?

Not necessarily. You can ground to just about anything that's connected to the chassis. You could ground on the valve cover if you want lol. Short grounds = better grounds.
direct to the battery = better grounds. haha
but yeah, you can connect to anything that is connected through the chassis. one thing i would do is to sand the surface that you are going to ground first so the paint won't interfere with the current. i find this VERY useful. it gave me a lot stronger connection when i sand the paint off of the surface.

OK i got the freaking harness to work and everything working fine. but here is my new problem. I dont know how you guys has such a clear cut off line. My projector without the headlight cover right, i can see the cut off line perfectly. But when i put the freaking headlight cover on, I can't see the cutoff line anymore. it suck right. how did you guys do it. keep in mind my projector is from a G35.

right now i'm trying to sand down the line on the headlight cover so that the whole headlight cover is all clear. BUT DAMN IT, i mess it up i think, geez, now the freaking headlight cover is not even clear anymore. crap. tell me how did your headlight, do you sand down the headlight cover? or no.

If you are trying to remove the lines, you have to sand the inside and the outside of the lens. And you cant ONLY sand it down, you need to apply cutting paste to the lens afterwards, if not you wont be able to see through your headlight at all, if you sanded right that is. Autozone sells a really nice product called Blue Magic, it's readily available all the time at the store and its not too expensive.
