Welcome dude, sux about the crash. I've got wrecked body work on my accord that i still need to fix. So, your sticking with DEP?

yup.. I think the Accord is one of the only cars able to pull this sort color off and look great.. and plus, it cost about another $500-$800 if you paint your car a different color.. remember they'd then need to strip the car down and paint the inner door sills, engine bay and everything.. it's a lot more work and prep involved..

Sure it will cost extra but it will be worth it when i get mine done. Naples gold just isn't my color, no offense to others that think other wise.

i always though that once a car gets hydroplaned the car goes to a salvage title. Thats what happen to my old car. Everyshop i went to get an estimate they said they dont want a touch the car. You can fight the insurance for it. I wouldnt suggested if you making payments on the car, but if not its worth it. you can get a brand new car.

You can hydroplane without crashing, hydroplane and get in a fender bender, or hydroplane and total the car.

I'm willing to bet your car was totalled, which is why the shops wouldn't touch it. Has nothing to do with HOW you crashed it lol.

here are some pics I took right before the sun went down.. the car still needs to be washed, it has some dust on it.. but overall I am very happy with the work.. paint is great and the door and fender are aligned perfectly... the only thing I'll probably do is remove the oem gold pin stripe he put on there..
