Forks are the same for all 6th gens? Sedan and coupe?

if its tightened and its just the head thats broken off, i would drive it to a junk yard to find one or just order one online and get a new bolt for it.

- its the upper fork mount bolt right where the fork cylinder tightens around the shock body? not the lower one. correct?

yes.
