Take some sandpaper and sand the shift knob until it's a lighter color and then get a rag and your choice of stain. Dip the rag in the stain and rub it on the knob :rotflmao: once it's dry you can "seal it" which could just be some clear over it. I pre-finish doors.

OK Ima real big music head and I missed my bass so much that I've dedicated this paycheck to my music. This is my old setup which consisted of

American bass 1980 watt amp
2 American bass XD 12 SVC
12 gauge speaker wire for subs and amp
Dual ported bbox
JVC head unit

Then in need of cash I sold it kept the head unit then traded it in for this piece of **** double din lol

And now my current setup. I'm in progress of putting this in, finishing my wiring for the subs after work but for now just a pic of the double din.

New setup is

JVC kw av61 double din
2 15" American bass XO DVC subs
Ported bbox
Orion xtr5001 amp
12 gauge wire for subs and amp

Subs are bolted down with L brackets front and rear. Amp is bolted down as well. Switching amp because them subs are screaming for more power! But for now my interior is coming along nicely.

Nice progress. Are you going to upgrade the speakers at all? Also are you going to go for a more convenient set up so you can use more space in your trunk in the future? What I'm looking forward to most is how you're going to get those wheels to fit and the air ride.

I mean with the new deck and the pioneers that's already in there it gets loud but I'm thinkin about bamas to replace them.

Yes I will I'm thinking of getting a custom made wood panel and mocking up where I can fit my subs and tank but for now, I just missed my bass Lol

A lot of hardwork and determination. Nobody around me does custom bodywork like rolling and pulling fenders so it has to be done by me first time ever to let's see how it turns out.

I got a surprise for the forum if I'd hurry up and buy it Lol I keep putting it off even when I have the money
