alright i know how everything goes here..so ima say now although i do want honest answers no hating or no flaming..if u dont got real advice gtfo...with that being said, i was presented with the opp. to buy a j35 out of a oddy with 30k on it fairly cheap. the smart thing to do with it would be to swap a 6speed tranny with it i kno but realistically, they are hard to find in my area and im pretty sure i couldnt afford one even if i did find it. so i was thinkin i would not mind bolting this engine up to an automatic tranny till i can find/afford a 6speed. but what kind of automatic transmissions can i use? cud i possibly keep mine or even a TL tranny with the tiptronic might be nice but in order for the TL one to work would i need the ecu out of one? what can i do?
