my retro project has been over 2 years now...to be technical

i figured out after doing like 98% of the work...im too much of a perfectionist for this to be a DIY...

yes. is there a problem with that?

and thanks guys. the black housing does need a little bit of touching up on the corners but i'll do that by hand with a brush to get it perfect. projectors should be here tomorrow and shrouds on thursday.

Where did you buy the projectors? I'm trying to decide where I should get mine since everyone makes all the companies out to be shady...

well for one thing...the backside of a retro is usually not the place to bring someone's attention to....and gold paint does just that...also i just didn't understand why gold?...i don't see anything else on your car that is gold so i was just wondering

HIDPlanet or eBay are your best bets. If you choose to buy your projectors from businesses, they'll more than likely charge a premium over the price they actually paid for them in order to make a profit. You can buy the same projectors from an individual on the above-mentioned sites at the "market rate".

Agreed. By the time the retro is done the back of your headlight won't look nearly as nice as it does now. Let him learn though I guess.

haha. i never really thought about what the back will look like when it's done but i guess i'll find out soon enough. and i'm planning on buying gold wheels over the summer, that's why they're gold.
